- On this occasion I made 3 appointments. 2 of them I gifted to my daughters. Making the appointments and checking in was a breeze. All 3 of our appointments were ready on time. I have never gone in the evening and I felt it was a bit rushed, but the service and the ladies were wonderful. My daughters really enjoyed this. - My mother and I enjoyed our time at this facility. We purchased a 1 hour massage but arrived a bit early to use the sauna and jacuzzi.. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. There is a bit of a language barrier with the staff but we were able to communicate enough to enjoy our time there with no hassle. Our Masseuse' Angela and Soya (I hope I got her name right) were amazing and did a great job. - This was my first Korean spa experience. I loved it! The facility was clean (even in the late evening). It was quiet and relaxing. I purchased a milk body scrub and my skin felt so soft and smooth after! The massage that came with it worked out my tight hamstring and stiff neck. Jenny didn’t speak much English, but she was thoughtful and thorough in her work. - My daughter and I went to get facials and we were treated by some of the kindest ladies. With our facials, we also had the use of the saunas, clay room, and salt caves. We were given a tour and took advantage. The spa is beautiful, clean and everything about the experience was relaxing. The steam room and sauna were awesome as well as the Salt and clay rooms. I felt so refreshed.
